This updated review takes into account how Jugglebox management handled my feedback. The manager, Lou, called me right away to apologize about the incomplete number of boxes and their dirty condition. He clearly took cleanliness of the boxes very seriously and promised he'd look into how they can improve on this dimension with his partners. He said he'd refund a portion of the fee (just the right amount to make me feel it was fair) for my inconvenience and continued to follow up with me during this time through several phone calls - not emailing but actually taking the time to get on the phone. I was very much impressed with the way he handled this incident, his level of follow through, his candidness over the phone, and the way he took responsibility for his operation. I think a lot of large scale companies need to learn from him about managing customer satisfaction. In addition, when I needed an extra 5 boxes and found out they didn't deliver less than a certain amount, he went above and beyond and had them delivered to me at no cost the next day. I insisted on paying, but he did not accept it. I will make sure to tip the pick up crew generously instead. I think if they attack their operational improvement efforts the way they handled this incident, there is no doubt this company will continue to grow and succeed. They have won over my heart and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to rent crates. By the way, I just moved 2 days ago and the crates worked really well! I haven't finished opening up all of them, but the 15 boxes I opened so far had my belongings in perfect condition! Thank you Jugglebox!
